New Jersey Roofing Maintenance – Terms of Service for maintenance warranty

Welcome to New Jersey Roofing Maintenance! By subscribing to our Roof Repair Warranty Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Subscription & Payment
Customers may select from Senior Citizen, Military, Property Manager, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Roof Plans.
Payments are billed monthly on the same date each month.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable.
Coverage & Limitations
Services included in each plan are detailed in the subscription descriptions.
Repairs covered are limited to normal wear and tear; damage from natural disasters, neglect, or improper maintenance is not covered.
Any repairs outside the plan’s coverage will be subject to additional charges.
The company reserves the right to determine the appropriate repair method.
Full roof coating is only available after 12 consecutive months of active subscription for those plans only flat roofs can be coated, (no shingles roof).
Scheduling & Service Calls
Routine maintenance services (inspections, gutter cleanings, etc.) will be scheduled in advance.
Emergency service calls are limited to the terms specified in each plan.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the property for services to be completed.
Service Charges
Each service visit is subject to a service charge based on the selected plan.
Service charges for residential customers are as follows:
Senior Plans: $75 per visit
Military Plans: $95 per visit
Silver Plan: $95 per visit
Gold Plan: $65 per visit
Platinum Plan: $55 per visit
Diamond Plan: $20 per visit
Service charges for commercial customers are as follows:
Silver Plan: $175 per visit
Gold Plan: $175 per visit
Platinum Plan: $0 per visit (no service per visit)
Diamond Plan: $0 per visit (no service charge per visit)
Property Manager Plan 3-5: $175 per visit for each property
Property Manager Plan 10: $175 per visit for each property
The service charge must be paid by the homeowner or property owner at the time of service when the technician arrives and is separate from the monthly subscription fee.
Additional repairs beyond the plan’s coverage may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to service.
Cancellation & Termination
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through written notice.
The company may terminate service due to non-payment or breach of terms.
If service is canceled, coverage ends immediately, and no refunds will be issued.
Liability & Warranty
New Jersey Roofing Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing roof conditions or damages caused by external forces.
Repairs provided under this warranty do not extend beyond the service work performed.
New Jersey Roofing Maintenance liability is limited to the cost of services rendered under the plan.
Amendments & Changes
New Jersey Roofing Maintenance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Customers will be notified of any changes in writing or via email.

1. Definition of Emergency Service
Emergency services are defined as urgent roofing repairs required due to unexpected leaks, storm damage, or other critical issues that pose immediate risks to the structural integrity of a home. Emergency service requests will be prioritized based on severity and availability.
2. Eligibility for Emergency Service
Emergency service is available to customers enrolled in the Platinum and Diamond Warranty Plan or those willing to pay an emergency service fee.
Service availability is subject to weather conditions, safety regulations, and New Jersey Roofing Maintenance discretion.
3. Response Time
New Jersey Roofing Maintenance aims to respond to emergency calls within 24 hours, though response times may vary based on demand and location.
During extreme weather conditions, response times may be extended.
4. Emergency Service Fees
Platinum, Diamond Plan Members: No additional fee for emergency service requests covered under the plan.
Non-Emergency Warranty Customers: A standard emergency service fee of $250-$500 will be charged for on-demand emergency calls.
Additional repair costs beyond coverage will be quoted before work begins.
5. Service Limitations
Emergency services do not cover full roof replacements, routine maintenance, or non-urgent repairs.
Repairs are limited to temporary fixes if a permanent solution cannot be completed immediately due to weather or material availability.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases where unsafe conditions pose a risk to its workers.
6. Liability Disclaimer
New Jersey Roofing Maintenance is not responsible for further damages that may occur before or after emergency repairs due to pre-existing conditions or customer delays in requesting service.
New Jersey Roofing Maintenance does not guarantee that emergency repairs will permanently resolve all roofing issues, and additional work may be required.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about the issue and allow access to the property for assessment and repair.
Any additional damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs may void service eligibility.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
