The NJ Roofing Maintenance Warranty is a subscription-based service that provides homeowners with roof repair and maintenance coverage. It ensures your roof remains in top condition by offering different levels of coverage: Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans.
Silver Plan: Annual roof inspection, minor repairs (up to $700), one gutter cleaning per year, and sealant reapplication.
Gold Plan: Bi-annual roof inspections, medium repairs (up to $1,000), two gutter cleanings per year, and leak prevention treatment.
Platinum Plan: Quarterly roof inspections, major repairs (up to $2,500), three gutter cleanings per year, 24/7 emergency repair service, and roof coating application every three years.

If you experience a roofing issue covered under your plan, contact us via phone or email. We will schedule a service appointment within seven business days. For Platinum members, emergency repairs are available 24/7.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by natural disasters (storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.)
Structural damage due to improper installation by a third party
Roof modifications made without Company approval
Pre-existing roof conditions before warranty activation
Yes, you may cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice. However, refunds are not available for partial months.
If payment is not received within 30 days, your warranty coverage will be suspended until the balance is paid. Continued non-payment may result in the termination of your plan.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting our customer service team. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
No, this warranty covers routine maintenance and repairs but does not replace homeowners’ insurance. For major damage due to disasters or accidents, homeowners’ insurance should be used.
