Client Repair in Edgwater New Jersey. client complain about leaking roof. bad rotted ply wood. also bad chimney flashing.
Jermaine from NJroofingmaintenance, did do a good job by removing old SBS roof / plywood. replacing with new plywood base paper. then new touch down roofing. new flashing metal, re-flashing the chimney.and even throw in some aluminum coating paint on the other half if the roof. client was happy problem fix. roof looks new!
