Great question — and I’m glad you asked. I’m Jermaine from NJ Roofing, and I’ll be straight with you.
Yes, roofing prices can be negotiable, but it really depends on a few things. We always try to work with homeowners and stay within their budget where possible, without cutting corners or using cheap materials. Our goal is to give you the best value — not just the lowest price.
Sometimes there’s room to adjust things like the scope of work, materials, or timing to help reduce the cost. Other times, the price is more fixed because of labor, permits, or material costs we don’t control. But we’re not the type of company that just throws a number at you and walks away. We’ll explain everything in the estimate so you know exactly what you’re paying for and why.
If you get a lower quote elsewhere, talk to us. We’ll look it over with you — apples to apples — and see if it’s really a better deal. A roof is a big investment, and we want you to feel confident in who you’re hiring.
Let us know what you need — we’re here to help.
